Ashleigh Goldberg
Ashleigh's career as a recruiter began in 2010 when she was recruited by one of the world's largest staffing groups in their engineering division after she returned from living abroad. With no engineering background, Ashleigh learned quickly how to ask the right questions to both clients and candidates to gather the necessary information to make a match. Since her early days, Ashleigh has worked for both boutique and large firms, placing engineers, senior finance professionals, and attorneys before forming AG Search Group. With hundreds of successful placements under her belt, Ashleigh credits her consistent success in placing senior-level professionals across a wide spectrum of skillsets and industries to her attention to detail and understanding of the sensitivity of her work. Unlike most recruiters, Ashleigh strives to be a "sharp shooter" and gets to know her clients and candidates on a granular level to find the perfect fit, both technically and culturally, right away instead of throwing dozens of resumes at her clients to see what sticks. Her clients often tell her it's her quality over quantity approach that has beaten her competition time and time again.
When she's not hunting for your next employee, Ashleigh is typically spending time enjoying the South Florida sunshine with her husband and daughter, as well as their two little dogs. They love to travel as often as their busy schedules allow. Ashleigh is also an avid supporter of her alma matter, the University of Miami, and rarely misses a home football game.
